seems like the universe if trying to tell me something. I stumbled upon this podcast and heard you talk about affirmations. Earlier in the week my job had a yoga instructor teach us chair yoga and she had a deck of affirmation cards. Like you I used to say affirmations religiously then I stopped. I think I’ll try again. What else do you recommend to reframe negative thoughts and how long does it normally take to notice a difference? I’ve turned into negative Nancy and would like to get my spark back.
